We are looking for a seasoned Middleware Specialist who has deep hands-on experience with both Oracle Middleware and IBM Middleware technologies. The ideal candidate is a critical thinker, problem-solver, and expert troubleshooter, with a solid background in system integration and middleware architecture.This role involves working across complex environments using tools like Oracle SOA Suite, OSB, BPM, BAM, WebLogic, and IBM WebSphere, MQ, while also ensuring compatibility and performance across AIX and Linux platforms.

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related field (preferably from Tier-1 institutions like IITs, IISc, BITS, IIITs, or globally recognized universities) with a strong academic track record.

Oracle and/or IBM certifications in relevant technologies.

Familiarity with DevOps tools (Jenkins, Git, Ansible) is a plus.

Understanding of containerization technologies like Docker and Kubernetes is advantageous.

Design, implement, and manage middleware solutions using Oracle and IBM technologies.

Work extensively with Oracle SOA Suite, Oracle Service Bus (OSB), BPM, BAM, and WebLogic Server.

Deploy and manage IBM WebSphere Application Server (WAS) and IBM MQ solutions.

Collaborate with development and infrastructure teams to ensure middleware services are well-integrated and highly available.

Troubleshoot and resolve middleware-related issues quickly and effectively.

Monitor system performance, tune for efficiency, and conduct regular health checks.

Provide technical leadership in middleware-related projects and initiatives.

Ensure middleware systems comply with security, performance, and reliability standards.

Maintain documentation related to middleware configurations, procedures, and systems.

5+ years of experience working with Oracle Fusion Middleware stack including:

SOA Suite, Oracle Service Bus (OSB),BPM, BAM, WebLogic Server

Strong knowledge of IBM WebSphere Application Server and IBM MQ.

Proven experience in installation, configuration, tuning, and troubleshooting of middleware solutions.

Proficiency in AIX and Linux, including scripting and system-level troubleshooting.

Experience with high availability, clustering, and load balancing in enterprise environments.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a “root cause” mindset.

Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
